Another finish! I made the flimsy in July.
I rarely use batiks for quilt backs but I did this time. It's the last day to post September OMG accomplishments. My OMG was to finish two flimsies. I did that times two-and-a-half (including the quilt shown above). Here are the other four. And with that, the stash report.September fabric IN: 99 yards, $177. (That includes a guild giveaway and three estate sales.) September fabric OUT: 71-1/4. (That includes a donation to the Joyful Quilter for her charity project.)
YTD fabric IN: 792-1/4 yards, $949 (average $1.20/yard) YTD fabric OUT: 795-1/8 yards Net reduction: 2-7/8 yards. Talk about cutting it close!

ReplyDeleteWow, you accomplished a lot! The stars are my favorite.
ReplyDeleteYou really did a great job on the fabric in and out. I consider any fabric out more than fabric in a winning number. Great job on getting a bunch of flimsies finished.
ReplyDeletegreat checkerboard quilt and the batiks look great on the back.
