Design Wall Monday: flimsies finished

 I have the two Christmas quilts to the flimsy stage.
"Piece and Joy" is 74 x 86.
"Christmas Cards" is 66 x 66.

I bought backing fabric for both (nine yards total). I didn't have the energy to make pieced backings from what Christmassy reds and greens I have in my stash.

    Both are very nice. I know what you mean about not wanting to make pieced backs. Often I do just what you did--go buy a new backing fabric. Can't wait to see them when quilted.
