More than 600 people turned out for the third Community of Character Walk on Thursday evening. I walked (it was about a mile) and helped staff the Rotary booth.

I went back to the beach Friday evening to see the Harvest Moon rise. Clouds obscured the "pop" over the horizon but it wasn't long before the moon was visible.
